Event Description: A.B.A.T.E. (American Bikers Active Toward Education) of Louisiana is a non-profit organization dedicated to motorcycle safety, awareness, and realistic motorcycle legislation. We represent over 113,000 motorcyclists in Louisiana. The Motorcycle Riders Foundation is chiefly concerned with issues at the national and international levels that impact the freedom and safety of American street motorcyclists. The main purpose of the MOTM Conference is to set the national legislative agenda for the following year. The Conference will consist of topical presentations, sixteen information-packed workshops, and Capitol Hill updates.
In Shreveport, you will experience southern hospitality, Cajun cuisine, music, and much more provided by A.B.A.T.E. of Louisiana, Inc. We will have a MRF PAC fundraiser Friday night with music from Shreveport’s own “Chasing Benjamins” and interactive games. Saturday night will include a banquet and awards ceremony.
