ROAR INTO HARLAN Bike and Car night draws enthusiasts to Harlan’s historic downtown square. This is a free family friendly event with live music, food and beverages. We invite you to enjoy 2 bars, 1 bar and grill, 4 restaurants, 1 sandwich shop, open retail stores, prizes and fun on the square. The band will be “Acoustic Mayhem”.
