Register to be a Vendor at Las Vegas BikeFest 2026.
October 8–11, 2026
•Reserved booth space with flexible sizing options
•Designated vendor parking throughout the event
•Free attendee entry daily until 5pm, all-day free access on Sunday
•Vendor passes for the PowerYard included with your space
•Access to shared on-site infrastructure and event support
•Dedicated on-site vendor support team during the rally
Booth sizes range from small booths 10′ X 10′ ($895) – 10′ X 30′ interior ($1,595), medium booths 10′ X 40′ ($1,355) – 20′ X 70′ ($2,199), large booths 30′ X 50′ ($1,925) – 40′ X 50′ interior (#3,176), and premium booths 30′ X 100′ ($2,669) – 40′ X 120′ ($3,293)
Approved vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, displays, staffing, equipment, permits, insurance, and payment processing unless otherwise stated. All products and displays must be professional, appropriate for the event audience, and contained within the assigned vendor space.
Reserve a space, fill out the Vendor app and email to acct.tro@gmail.com. We will reach out to you within 3 business days to discuss booth size and add-ons. All final payments must be made by August 8th, 2026.
